Ordering and delivery

When will I receive my order?

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require 10 to 15 working days from our team. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise if we run into any issues we’ll be sure to notify you.

How can I track my package?

We will provide tracking information to ease the anxiety and excitement that comes with getting goodies in the mail.

How much does delivery cost?

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge on most items but not all.

My order is not complete

If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive soon.

I have not received my order

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken, destroyed parcel? With our secure delivery, Gamer Protocol takes care of the disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not send the fault back to the carrier by letting you “manage”. We assume full responsibility by immediately returning a new package to you at our expense. Cancellation and return

Can I modify my order?

Because of the speed in which we process our orders, this is not likely but as long as your order is not “being processed”, absolutely!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, It is possible to cancel your order. If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fee will be 20% of the purchase price. Feel free to contact us by email at our customer service. Our team will do its best to meet your needs.

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product. Our products undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to our customer service department with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

My garment is too small or too big

All our garments are accompanied by a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can be very frustrating so contact us and we’ll try to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

Your online security is our priority: our site only offers secure and guaranteed payment methods that are safe.

We accept most Visa and MasterCard credit cards and/or debit cards.

Your bank details or credit card details will under no circumstances be communicated to us. All payments are protected by our 128-bit SSL encrypted payment processor. We do not accept cheques at this time.

Is my information secure?

Oh Yes! The “HTTPS” in the URLs of our shop testifies to the quality of our services. HTTPS is the variant of “http” secured by the use of SSL/TLS protocol. HTTPS is used to protect the financial and personal transactions of merchant sites. As e-merchants, we are aware that the use of SSL is nowadays becoming essential. This is the best way to protect your data and protect yourself against hackers or identity theft. Visually, the SSL certificate is represented by a padlock that appears in the url bar of the web browser. It is also represented by an “s” which means “secure” and is added to the “http” protocol on the website in the address bar.

Other Questions

Can I combine discount codes?

Nope! Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one discount code per order and cannot be combined with holidays or closeout specials.

I received an import tax

Gamer Protocol ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for the import taxes of his country, we decline any responsibility but if you are in France you can purchase directly from our sister company Le-Gaming if that helps.
